Charming Stay Near the Heart of Town!!!

The hotel's location suited me perfectly. It's close to the town centre, and the surrounding area is quiet. Car parking was convenient. The hotel layout is quite nice, with a clean and tidy presentation. The check-in staff were very helpful. They even assisted with my luggage and offered information about local amenities.

The lights in the bathroom and shower area did not work. That area was quite dark.

The on-site restaurant served excellent food. The staff treated customers with respect and kindness. I was very impressed by all members of staff, and they were very friendly and understanding about my special diet.

The location is excellent, mere minutes away from the station. The beer garden outside is nicely assembled, and provided a relaxed atmosphere. Toiletries, in addition to shower gels, were provided .

the location is near the town centre and the railway station i found the receptionist very cheerful she seemed helpful too the bistro had good food i thought the service was great.

the car park was quite dark i felt it needed some attention

My arrival was quite delayed. Finding someone to check me in took twenty minutes. The reception was unmanned, and calls were diverted. Voicemail messages went unheeded. A prior staff member apparently checked me in before I physically arrived.
